Talent Assessment: 2 Private lessons, 2 Game Visits, 1-2 conversations with high school or club coach.

Academic Assessment: Report GPA, report cards, SAT scores, ACT Scores to Leaders Lacrosse Consultant. Than assess academic strengths and weaknesses and set goals in the classroom.

Formulate List: Leaders Lacrosse College Consultant will than formulate a list of schools to help narrow the choices. The List will comprise of three parts.

1. Athletic and Academic Stretch

2. Best Athletic Fit and Academic Stretch

3. Best Academic Fit and Athletic Stretch

Develop Plan: Work side by side student athlete and his family to develop a plan on how to get noticed and recruited by the schools on his/her list.

Take Action: Leaders Lacrosse can guide you, but it is up to you to take action and prepare well for college recruiting camps, interviews with coaches, and to act in good character at times during the process. The student athelete must stay up to par with his play and grades.
